MONTEONE Construction was established in 2002 by Juan Jose (JJ) Montelibano.

Fresh from receiving his degree in Architecture, Mr. Montelibano quickly dove into the construction arena taking on its maiden projects, the renovation of a 20-room inn and the canteen both of which, owned by the senior Mr. Montelibano.

In 2005, armed with an inert drive to succeed, JJ Montelibano steered MonteOne to its first commercial project, the building of the Marlboro Adventure Team campsite. The said campsite served as living quarters as well as competition arena for all participants. MonteOne delivered a formidable performance hitting its target deadline, budget and quality standards thus, seizing the succeeding contracts for the next four (4) years.

This started the legacy of superior quality and undaunted professionalism, the legacy which still adhered to after fifteen (15) years.
